Verginia Sharm Resort & Aqua Park, Sharm el-Sheikh

We had an overall lovely stay at the hotel, with good quality food and friendly staff, especially by the pool. However, service at the reception was inconsistent, with one staff member being unhelpful and rude, which put a damper on our overall experience. The rooms were decent but showed signs of wear and tear, which affected the overall ambiance, even though they remained functional and clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because it's great for families! The animators were fantastic with the kids, and the pool was a lot of fun. The food was decent and had something for everyone. On the downside, the rooms felt a bit dated and could use some renovations. Overall, it's a good spot for a family vacation.

The hotel has a great landscape and unique architecture, but unfortunately, it feels abandoned and poorly maintained. While the entertainment team was impressive and the dining experience with the chef was outstanding, the rooms were in dire need of repair, and the service, especially at the bar, was bizarre. For the price, the overall value isn't ideal, leaving much to be desired.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad. The views and the pool were lovely, but the service left a lot to be desired.
